Garlic Parmesan Kale Chips

Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the crisp of a pseudo potato chip. Our garlic and parmesan crispy chips are made not of potatoes, but fresh kale.

Can’t believe it? We tried it on our fitness friends and got rave reviews.

 

Garlic and Parmesan Kale Chips

Ingredients 

  • 1 pack of Kinky Kale 
  • 1 teaspoon of Olive oil 
  • Salt 
  • Parmesan Cheese 
  • Garlic powder 

Steps 

  • Preheat the oven to 240 degrees F. 
  • Lay Kinky Kale onto baking pan, and spread evenly. 
  • Drizzle Olive oil onto the pan.
  • Bake Kinky Kale for 6 mins until crisp. 
  • Take pan out and let the Kale chips cool.    
  • Add dash of salt, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
