How to Make Tasha’s Kracking Kale Chips

As simple to make as they are delicious, this kale chips recipe was sent to us by Tasha a.k.a @tishizzle. Add your favourite seasonings and dips for a quick, easy, guilt-free snack.

Ingredients for Tasha’s Kracking Kale Chips

  • Sustenir Kinky or Toscano Kale
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • A pinch or two of Turmeric
  • A pinch or two of Paprika

Method

  • Preheat oven to 140°C
  • Strip the leaves from the stalk. Use the smaller stalks and save the thicker stalks for green smoothies.
  • Spread the leaves out on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the tumeric and paprika powder.
  • Pop these in the oven and bake for 20-30mins, flipping the leaves every 10mins for even crisping.
  • Once they look crisp and crunchy, gently place them in a bowl and you’re ready for a crunchy good time!
