Power Juice Recipe: Kale Orange Carrot and Ginger Juice

Power up your day with a combination of powerful veggies to keep your gut happy and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 80 g of Sustenir Kale chopped (either Kinky Kale or Toscano Kale)
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • ½ lemon freshly squeezed
  • A knob of ginger (about 1  inch)

Recipe:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a juicer until well blended.
  2. Serve immediately with ice cubes.

Tip 1: You will get more goodness from the kale if you juice it at the same time as the oranges or carrots.

Tip 2: Add some honey if you like a tinge of sweetness. A natural sweetener, honey is also a great immune booster!

Tip 3: Feel free to add some cucumber (lighter palette) or apples (sweeter palette) to change up the taste of your juice.
