I made these kale ricotta gnocchi yesterday that I simply served with peas and pesto. Whilst my 8 years old would pretty much eat anything we give him, it’s another story with number 2. He is simply inconsistently picky. Sometimes he eats anything, other times he doesn’t. But I’m stubborn and sneaky so I hid a good dose of kale in those little dumplings that won his heart. Plate empty, child’s tummy full, parents happy.
